Forming developmental teams for grades 6th and Under, and 7th/8th only.

9th grade and older players interested in joining, please contact us for proper placement.

Intended for beginners with some experience, girls ages 6-15 years old.

$175/mo. for an 8 month program!

THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PREPARE PLAYERS FOR TEAM TRYOUTS IN JUNE 2025.

Topics covered include rotations, switches and subs in addition to volleyball fundamentals such as movement, passing, setting, spiking, serving and communication. All players will practice participating in tournaments at the home tournaments then be invited to play at SDVBC where our local teams compete. Parents are invited to both types of tournaments and are shown (along with the players) how team tournaments function and flow. The goal of the program is to acclimate new players into the local team volleyball system, we want players to be able to play well and know what to expect for their first real tournament season once they make a team.

Skills Classes

Sign-ups are now OPEN!

Need help working on a specific skill?

Try our Skills Classes! Sessions are offered on Sundays during the months of August to October.

Great for players sharpening their skills for tryouts, new players needing more “touches” and anyone who would like more time in the gym to practice.

Pick and choose whichever class suits you and watch your performance improve!

Skills Classes Offered for AM and PM:

Passing, Setting, Serving, Serve Receive, Spiking, Back Row Training, Front Row Training and “Subs, Switches, Rotations and Play”.

(Space is limited, only 16 players will be allowed to join each class and registration closes once class is full.)
